The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI) are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service for the facility, located at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from potential bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, June 11, 2024 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB.
