Site work for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
This is a Request for Proposal for Engineering Services. The project will consist of designing and supervising construction of improvements to Day Park, Iris Gardens, and the city swimming pool in the City of Cuthbert. A professional services contract will be awarded to whoever is considered to be the most responsible offeror and whose proposal is considered to be the most advantageous. Address any questions you may have regarding the RFP to William Griggs. The city of Cuthbert intends to secure engineering services to assist in the development, design, and implementation of the ARPA State Fiscal Recovery Fund Parks Award. The project will consist of improvements to Day Park, Iris Gardens, and the city swimming pool. Scope of Work The city of Cuthbert has proposed to construct improvements to Day Park, Iris Gardens, and the city swimming pool. If funded, the Engineer will be responsible for final design, plans and specifications, obtaining necessary permits and/or easements; preparing for bid and contract documents, including advertising and bidding procedures; supervising construction and project closeout, as well as other necessary services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
