Demolition and site work for a residential development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 9,826-square-foot residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
As of July 9,2024, project was awarded to Sledge Seattle LLC, awarded amount is $329,946.50. South Spoils Yard Bldg Demolition Project will remove (2) steel-framed industrial buildings using a combination of deconstructing one building (salvage for reuse) and demolition (salvage for recycling) of the second, leaving both slab and foundations in-place to avoid any changes to impervious surface runoff and soil erosion. Building removal by deconstruction practices will require structural engineering direction. Project will reconstruct an existing fence line bordering State of Washington property to the North. Project includes Alternate #1 to salvage the second building structure (in lieu of its demolition) and its transportation to a receiving party.
