Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract provides for construction of sidewalks that are damaged due to street trees and deterioration. New ADA curb ramps are to be constructed at corners of intersections adjacent to the sidewalk work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The contractor will have 100 working days to complete the work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All work shall be completed in conformance with the 2023 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, the current version of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and the City of Sumner Development Specifications and Standard Details *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
