The City of Northampton is offering an exciting opportunity for developers/investors seeking to expand and participate in the success of Downton Northampton by adding economic development with new vibrant uses that will enhance the vitality of our City. This building was owned until June, 2023 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and it was used as the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, Family Court, and Probate Court until 2018 or 2019. Land to the north, northeast and southeast of the building is paved and used for parking. Land to the south of the Site fronts King Street.
