install a replacement security camera system for its West Pasco branch located at 7275 Wrigley Dr, Pasco WA 99301. contract awarded June 18, 2024. The proposal shall include the purchase and installation of interior and outdoor IP-based security cameras and compatible NVR or cloud-based NVR service or cloud-based NVR service. The purpose of this proposal is to provide the library branch with a sufficient view of the interior and exterior activities of the facility to ensure the safety and security of its customers and the facility and to provide a digital record of these activities that can be reviewed as needed by staff. Acts of theft, property damage or personal injury sometimes require MCL to provide digital records of activities as documentation for law enforcement and insurance agencies.
