Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bethel School District 52 is advertising for a Request to Bid on soffit replacement at Danebo Elementary School, 1265 Candlelight Drive, Eugene, OR, 97402. There is 16,000 square feet of exterior soffit that is being demolished and replaced with quarter inch cement board, primed and painted, adhering to the districts color specifications. Venting will be replaced with aluminum venting strips and any dry rot will be set to a unit price to replace. In addition, we have a 1305 square foot out building that had major dry rot damage. The framing will need to be replaced in the dry rot areas and a new roof installed.
