The building will consist of approx. 61,000sqft and be comprised of a gymnasium, music/art center, cafeteria, and three classroom wings. Exterior improvements shall include parking lots, bus loop, vast green spaces, new water main connection, sanitary septic system, playground and equipment, including trails.
