Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Q & A deadline Contract duration: 1 year CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING REQUIREMENT The Contractor must possess a C-8 (Concrete) or A (General Engineering) Contractor's License or both issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara."
