Start/Delivery Date July 1, 2024 Project Duration On-going up to 5 year Contract Question Deadline 05/22/2024 at 12:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The City is seeking proposals from qualified custodial vendors for our Citywide Janitorial Services. Contractor must perform 100% of the work under the Contract. Subcontractors are not permitted. Contractor must have an active Janitorial DIR Registration before work begins. The initial contract will be for a one (1) year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award. Bidders are hereby notified that any service purchase order issued as a result of this bid may be subject to the provisions and regulations of the City of Santa Barbara Ordinance No. 5384, Santa Barbara Municipal Code, Chapter 9.128 and its impending regulations relating to the payment of Living Wages.
