Site work and paving for a civil project in Albion, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Removal of the concrete structure, and replacement with a single span precast concrete span unit structure supported on spread reinforced concrete footings, and associated highway approach work and stream work. Construction will be on the existing alignment with an off-site detour to maintain traffic during construction. The project duration is 150 days from Notice to Proceed. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
