Reference Number 0000270124 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/29 11:00:00 AM EDT Duration: 3 years Option: Two optional periods, 1 year each The Successful Proponent Shall Be Required to Perform the Following Services at Hrls Three (3) Facilities, Including, but Not Limited to: 1. Perform Cleaning and Custodial Services for Student Residence Facilities, as Per the Requirements in Section 2.6 Service Requirements for the International Living/learning Centre (Ilc), Pitman Hall (Pit) and Daphne Cockwell Complex (Dcc) Respectively; 2. Perform Ad Hoc Event Set-up and Tear Down Services on an as Required Basis for Ilcs Conference Rooms; 3. Perform Overall Contract Management for the Day-to-day Operations in Performance of Cleaning and Custodial Services, Inclusive of Any Sub-contracting of Any of the Services; 4. All Work Must Be Performed in Compliance to All Applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Codes.
