Renovation of an educational facility in Puryear, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 2, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been establsihed. Payment will be made within thirty days after the equipment is completely installed, in working condition and an invoice is received. The Henry County School System is a tax exempt organization. The invoice should be mailed to: Henry County School System School Nutrition Department Attention: Tiffany Latta 313 S Wilson Street Paris, TN 38242 That no portion of the work required by this prime contract will be performed in a facility listed on the Environmental Protection Agency List of Violating Facilities on the date when this contract was awarded unless and until the EPA eliminates the name of such facility or facilities from such listing. The bid period begins May 13, 2024 and ends June 24, 2024.) Attached are instructions and conditions for submitting a bid for a Walk In Combination Freezer/Cooler at Dorothy & Noble Harrelson Elementary for the School Nutrition Program of the Henry County Board of Education. Installation is to be completed by June 30, 2025 The Henry County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The Local Education Agency will be responsible for the contract awarded. The bid will be awarded after approval by the School Nutrition Supervisor, and the Board of Education.
