The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace the existing dry-pipe sprinkler system in its entirety. This comprehensive renovation project encompasses demolition and construction activities. Interested parties are invited to submit quotations for the sprinkler system replacement. The scope of work includes demolition as well as construction activities necessary to provide a fully-functioning, new, dry-pipe system. Contractors are encouraged to provide detailed proposals outlining their approach to the replacement, including timelines, budget considerations, and any specialized expertise relevant to this project.
