2024 Street Maintenance Base Bid - Roadway widening, 4-foot width on both sides of the road, approximately 4,090 S.Y. Alternate Bid No. 1 - Roadway widening, 4-foot width on both sides of the road, approximately 1,515 S.Y. Alternate Bid No. 2 - Edge rebuilding, approximately 1,150 S.Y. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Warrington Township. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety) as specified in the Contract. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Warrington Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township. The length of Contract will be from July 3, 2024 to October 15, 2024. Kinsley Construction, LLC was awarded the contract, which includes Base Bid, Alternate No. 1, and Alternate No. 2. Base Bid - $160,536.50 Alt. Bid No. 1 - $57,670.00 Alt. Bid No. 2 - $36,785.00 Total - $254,991.50
