Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,855-square-foot data center facility.
As of July 24, 2025, construction is complete. Data Center Facility Upgrades. Project Location: 1111 E. Broad St., Columbus, Ohi City of Columbus MBE/WBE Contract Goal: This Project has a MBE/WBE participation goal of 12% and is expressed as a percentage. This percentage defines the minimum percentage of the contracted dollar amount to be spent with City certified MBE/WBE companies performing a commercially useful function for the completion of this contract. The goal the contractor will be responsible for achieving will be confirmed or finalized as part of the bid evaluation process and will be listed in the contract. MBE/WBE prime offerors who have a documented disparity in the 2019 City of Columbus Disparity Study are eligible for the 5% proposal incentive credit. Only City of Columbus certified MBEs and/or WBEs will count toward the goal. Questions pertaining to the drawings and specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing only to the A/E, Heapy, ATTN: Kurt Fansler via email [kwfansler@heapy.com] prior to May 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM local time. No phone calls will be accepted. All work shall be substantially complete within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed
