As of July 2,2024, project was awarded to JCG Excavation, awarded amount is $432,286.55. Floating Feather and Plummer Road Pollard Lane and Pickett Creek PHB Contract Number: CT224-28 Project Number: 323038.08, 323038.07 GIS Number: 208469.08, 208469.07 Project Location: Star, Idaho and Ada County In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of Constructing Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) and Pedestrian Ramp Improvements at both intersections of Floating Feather Road and Plummer Road and intersection Pollard Lane and Pickett Creek Street. The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before September 20, 2024. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about July 1, 2024. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $1,250.00 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. The right is reserved to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this invitation may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid.
