As of September 4, 2025, per owner, architect has been identified. They have not bid the project yet. Bidding expected to occur late Fall 2025. The Washington County Public Works Department is seeking architectural and engineering services to evaluate the existing Park Grove Library site and facility, provide a site feasibility study, programming, design and construction services for a new or remodeled library in Cottage Grove, MN. Washington County (hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY) makes this Request for Proposals (hereinafter referred to as RFP) in order to obtain Proposals for Architect and Engineering (A/E) services (Hereinafter referred to as the CONSULTANT) that will be used to select a consultant for the Project. The Project is generally described in the "Scope of Services" contained within this RFP. The Consultant will prepare a project schedule based on a construction completion date of no later than the end of 2027. The County reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities in the proposal request process. The County reserves the right to interview any, all, or none of the respondents at its discretion. The County shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Consultant including but not limited to expenses associated with the preparation of the proposal.
