“The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The Owner will be contracting a CMAR for the construction of two new Abilene Recreation Centers; G.V. Daniels (541 N 8th St, Abilene, TX 79601) and Cesar Chavez (2250 Ambler Ave, Abilene, TX 79603). The Owner has contracted with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. ("Parkhill") as its Design Professional for the project. The selected CMAR will work with the City and Parkhill through the Preconstruction and Construction Phases.
