Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project includes roadway widening for Donegal Springs Road from Endslow Road to Mansion Lane. Bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total base bid payable to "East Donegal Township" shall accompany each bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages should the bidder default in execution of the contract within 10 days after notice of award of same. The non-collusion affidavit must be executed and submitted with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. The project cost is greater than $25,000 and shall be bid utilizing PA Prevailing Wage Rates. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities in, or reject any and all bids All questions shall be submitted to the online. Location of Work Donegal Springs Road from Endslow Road to Mansion Lane, East Donegal Township, Lancaster County
