Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Carlsbad, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,160-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Contractor shall install new LVT flooring and cover base on two floor levels in building 542 at the San Angelo SSLC. Floor level 1 and floor level 2 are each 3,720 sq ft per floor level, complete job totaling 7,440 sq ft. The Contractor shall provide following flooring as elected by the facility or similar: WOOD BAYLEAF Luxury Vinyl Planks, glue down. Services requirements include repairing, skim coating, and leveling the existing floor up to 1/2" in depth. The Contractor shall include stair well landings, new stair treads and 6" Vinyl white glue on base board where applicable. The Contractor shall provide any and all materials for job completion and as requested by the facility; this includes base, leveling compound, glues, flooring materials of LVT, plank flooring, substrate materials and other floor related items. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work related to flooring prep/installation and cleaning work area as requested. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies to complete the flooring installation in its entirety.
