As of June 28th, 2024, this project has not been officially awarded. The scheduled work for the project consists of foundation and adjacent structure restorations. The Architects estimate for this work is $130,000.00 Bond Notes: No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. The minimum licensing requirements is set forth by the Nevada State Contractors Board and contractor shall capable of being bonded for this project. In addition, closing off exterior openings at the perimeter foundation walls from rodents entering the crawl space.
