Project will include the rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 25 sanitary sewer manholes and lining repair of approximately 7,850 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipeline. All work is to be conducted while maintaining operation of the system and operation of US Hwy 395 and State Hwy 88. The project is located within the Minden Gardnerville Sanitation District (MGSD) service areas in Douglas County, Nevada. The objective of this work isthe rehabilitation of approximately twenty-five (25) existing 60-inch diameter sanitary sewer manholes (ranging in depth from 6.5' to 13'), and the lining repair of approximately 7,850 LF of existing sanitary sewer main pipeline ranging in size from 8-inch to 15-inch. The existing sewer main is comprised of various materials including cement lined cast-iron-pipe, and asbestoscement pipe, according to record documents. All work is to be conducted while maintaining the operation of the system, operation of US HWY 395 and State HWY 88 with appropriate bypass procedures for each section of work.
