Base Bid: The project consists of extending Endeavour Drive approximately 4,065 L.F. from the existing termini to State Road 76, the construction of a turn lane and a bypass lane on State Road 76, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, Airport security fence, fiber optic, storm water management devices, restoration, erosion control, traffic control, and incidental construction. Work associated with the base bid will include the following major quantities: 31,000 C.Y. Excavation Common, 26,000 Ton Base Aggregate, 4,800 Ton HMA Pavement, 4 Lump Sum biofiltration devices, 4,400 L.F. storm sewer, 1,700 L.F. sanitary sewer, 100 V. F. sanitary manholes, 4,100 L.F. chain-link fence, 300 L.F. fiber optic, 1,000 L.F. HDPE duct, 3,000 L.F. pavement marking, 2,500 L.F. silt fence, 7,800 S.Y. erosion mat, and 75,000 S.Y. restoration. A bid bond prepared on the surety standard form duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed in the State of Wisconsin, in the amount of five percent (5%) of your total bid price, The deadline for vendor questions will be Noon CT on May 29, 2024. The awarded contractor must file all bonds and insurance and return the signed contract by end of day August 1, 2024.
