Renovation of a transportation facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Appleton International Airport (ATW) is seeking bids for a contractor to install a new 9 0 wide x 8 10 tall overhead door in the existing north wall of a hangar. Construction will include temporary security fencing, building modifications including structural, a new concrete apron, protective bollards, a new overhead door and opener and associated security and electrical. If you submit more than one bid, you need only to submit one bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of your highest bid price. Attorneys-in-fact who sign bid bonds, performance bonds, labor and material payment bonds must file with each bond a certified and currently dated copy of their power of attorney. Cashiers checks, money orders or any other form of check will not be accepted as a bid bond. Failure to complete in this timeframe will result in a $250.00 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty. A contract will be issued by end of day July 5th. The Contractor shall achieve substantial completion by 3:00 pm November 1, 2024 Any questions that come up and require additional information will be posted online then Bids / Proposals
