Maury County Government is soliciting bids on behalf of the Maury County Parks & Recreation Department for the purchase and installation of a pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge, which will be located at Chickasaw Trace Park Columbia, TN. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Department at 931-375-3110 or calling Mr. Al Ray, Maury County Parks and Recreation Department Director at 931-375-6102 Successful Proposer will provide a Payment & Performance Bond at 100% of bid amount when bid cost is $100,000 or more. Maury County reserves the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional submittals; to reject any or all submittals; to limit quantities; to waive formalities and informalities; and to evaluate proposals and accept any proposal or any part of any proposal that is judged, in our opinion, to be of the best quality, value and service to Maury County. SCOPE OF WORK Provide Engineer stamped drawings. Provide itemized pay applications. Successful Proposer will provide a Payment & Performance Bond at 100% of bid amount when bid cost is $100,000 or more. One year warranty Clean up of site in workmanship manner. Respondents must include the provided "Proposal Signature Form" as a component of the submitted proposal. Proposals not submitted with this provided form may be rejected. The Signature Form is not to be changed in any manner. All applicable charges, including delivery, fees and surcharges must be included in the original proposal. Product warranties, where applicable, should be noted for each item. Any warranty to be provided on the materials, supplies and/or work are to be explained in detail by attaching a "Warranty Page" to the Proposal Signature Form. Blue or black ink must be utilized in the completion of the Proposal Signature Form. The County's evaluation should be completed by June 10, 2024. When submittals are sent via U. S. Mail, FedEx, UPS or any other carrier; the sealed proposals must be identified as above and then placed inside of the appropriate shipping envelope, and then clearly marked Sealed Proposal Enclosed - Pre-fabricated Bridge Project on the exterior of the shipping envelope. After a successful proposal has been chosen, the process to begin this project must be coordinated with Al Ray, Maury County Parks Director, at (931) 375-6102.
