Renovation of a multi-residential development in Des Arc, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Combination 2 and 3 Bedroom Unit Replacement A Bid Guarantee in the amount equal to five (5%) percent of the bid. The Bid guarantee can be in the form of a verified check or cashier's check made payable to the PHA; a U.S. Government Bond endorsed to the PHA; or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder, Section 00420. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening without the consent of the PHA Document notes: General Contractors who require additional sets, or sub-contractors, may purchase a complete set of contract documents from SCM Architects for the cost of printing. Bidders may also purchase an electronic set of the contract documents in PDF format from SCM Architects for the cost of $10.00 payable to SCM Architects. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify that they have obtained all addenda associated with the project prior to submitting a bid Bid date Notes: All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished with the Specifications and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the address of the bidder, job number, and date and time of bid opening. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License. The PHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding
