Des Arc Sidewalk Improvements The Sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, nondiscrimination provision, wagerate laws and other federal lawsincluding the Fair labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Actof 1962 and Title VI of the CivilRights Act of 1964 also apply. Each bidder must deposit withhis bid, security in the amount of5% of the bid and subject to theconditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Licensure is not required to submita bid; however, evidence of licensure shall be provided to theOwner prior to signing the contract. The City of Des Arc, Arkansasreserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to accept theproposal which will best serve theinterest of the City of Des Arc. Each bidder must deposit withhis bid, security in the amount of5% of the bid and subject to theconditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wagerates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actualdate of the opening thereof.
