Site work for a civil project in Kelso, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contract provides for the improvement of three sites across the City of Kelso for the decommissioning and disposal of three 500-gallon diesel underground storage tanks and installation of three 500-gallon diesel UL 2028 protected above-ground storage tanks and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check or bidder's bond made payable to the City of Kelso in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid and shall not be conditioned in any way to modify the minimum five percent (5%) required. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kelso.
