Renovation of an educational facility in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work consists of the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the carpet at the Okeson Library and eleven classrooms. Level the subfloor and replace the vinyl flooring in the laboratory located at: MSC Campus 8295 E. College Dr. Palmer, AK 99645 All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier's check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid. Last Date to Submit Questions: May 24, 2024 @ 2:00 PM Questions regarding this IFB shall be directed, in writing, to UAA Facilities Planning & Construction online or emailed to uaa_fpc@alaska.edu for action, include bid number and project name in email subject line. Bidders Are Advised the University of Alaska Has a Procedure for Accepting Equal Products or Systems Prior to Bid Opening. Substitutions After Award Are Limited.
