As of July 1, 2025, per owner, architect selected. USC is seeking architectural &engineering services to undertake a renovation to the historic 1935 building. The two-story building contains 8300 GSF is clad in limestone with steel windows. The interior contains extensive decorative finishes. The renovation will replace MEP systems, repurpose support spaces to accommodate an elevator, new egress stair, sprinkler system, ADA compliant restrooms while meticulously preserving the interior/exterior. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $4,000,000 to $4,200,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
