Such security shall be forfeited should the successful bidder to whom the contract is awarded fails to timely execute the contract and to deliver the necessary bonds and insurance certificates as specified in the contract documents. A payment bond is required to be submitted for all projects estimated in excess of $25,000.00. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
