The scope of work to be performed under the provisions of these contract documents consists of furnishing all materials, machinery, equipment, tools, and the performance of all necessary labor in order to construct the new facility for Peachtree Corners Public Works, including new office, restroom, breakroom, storage and work areas, and two vehicle service bays. Work site access shall be granted by the Contractor. The City shall at all times have access to the Work wherever it is in preparation or in progress. The Contractor shall provide proper facilities for such access when instructed by the City Engineer. The new building is located behind the existing city hall building with a site area of 4.34 acres.
