The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of pedestrian, roadway, and signal improvements along SR 141/Peachtree Parkway, East Jones Bridge Road, and Medlock Bridge Road in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Improvements including full depth asphalt pavement, milling and inlay, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, concrete sidewalk, signing, pavement marking, storm drainage improvements, traffic signal installation and modification, and grading. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of 360 calendar days. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment submitted once per month as provided in the General Conditions.
