The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Small Procurement on behalf of the District Court of Maryland to remove, supply, and install three (3) oak door sets in the Caroline County District Court building. Caroline County (Denton) District Court 207 Third Street Denton, Maryland 21629 Bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision, and expertise required to remove old Lobby, Courtroom, and vestibule doors, and furnish and install new oak doors with vision panels and new hardware, as follows: a. One (1) set of 5'0" x 8'0" x 1 3/4 " Lobby entrance doors with 5" x 35" tempered glass vision panels, new dark bronze hardware to match existing, new pull handles and locks. (1) Locks will accept Best cores. (2) New doors must have the same fire rating. (3) Reuse door sweeps. b. Two (2) sets 6'0" x 8'0" x 1 3/4 " Lobby entrance doors with 5" x 35" tempered glass vision panels, new dark bronze hardware to match existing, new pull handles and locks. (1) Locks will accept Best cores. (2) New doors must have the same fire rating. (3) Reuse door sweeps. c. For the purpose of this Small Procurement, a set of doors is defined as two (2) doors, including both the left and right door. 2. Bidder shall stain and finish new doors to match the color of the existing doors. 3.
