Renovation of an educational facility in Millington, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace existing isolation valves on heating-only hydronic equipment (e.g, fin tube radiation, unit heater, cabinet unit heater, etc.) with new quarter-turn ball valve in an accessible location either within the cabinet or immediately adjacent to the cabinet. Valve size for unit pricing shall be 3/4". Include all labor and materials for replacement of one valve on the hydronic supply piping and one valve on the hydronic return piping. Reference Paragraph 1.4 Procedures above in this Specification Section for what is to be included in the Unit Cost.
