Renovation of a municipal facility in Vineland, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to the City. Successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. Upon acceptance of the work by the City, the contractor shall submit a maintenance bond (N.J.S.A. 40A:11- 16.3) in an amount not to exceed 100% of the project costs guaranteeing against defective quality of work or materials for the period of: 1 year X 2 year Questions concerning this bid shall be directed in writing to the Division of Purchasing, Attention: Jeanine N. Meneghetti, Purchasing Agent, either by facsimile at (856) 405-4605 or by email at Purchasing Office@vinelandcity.org Last day for questions is noon Friday, May 24, 2024.
