Site work for a water / sewer project in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: 1) Research existing 1 1/2" backflow pipes so pipes can only be active for the connected hose bibs. 2) Trench 4" mainline as per drawing as install 4" schedule 40 pipe and connect to new 3" RP. 3) Pull 14 gauge wire to new valves and run to new controller to be installed in maintenance shop. 110 power to controller by county. 4) Cross existing sidewalks as needed either by saw cut and patch back or boring under. 5) Lay out irrigation lateral lines and trench. Install lateral line piping and heads. All heads will be installed with triple swing joint assemblies. 6) Bury lines and compact. 7) Flush out all valves and lines. 8) Adjust all irrigation heads to minimize over spray and maximize coverage. 9) Test all new valves with controller and instruct personal on operations. 10) Clean-up all construction waste and haul away. The project, in general, consists of providing all parts, labor, and materials required to provide a new irrigation system per the attached drawings, which include researching existing backflow pipes, trenching, pulling wire to new valves, run wiring to new controllers.
