Provide daily Janitorial Service to the Head Start/Early Head Start Center on daily basis. Please request the specifications for work required from the Center or from the Central Office, listed below. The following Acts and Amendment apply to this service. The Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment Davis Bacon Act Workers Compensation Insurance Required DHS Background Check will be completed on each Custodian for On-site Assignment. Please specify Bid Number on quote. Northwest TN Economic Development-Head Start/EHS reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein. No quote shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids. The DHS Background Check must be clear to work in a daycare environment before assignment can be made.
