Construction Services Tennessee Housing Development Corporation Proposals are requested by Tennessee Housing Development Corporation (THDC) from firms capable of providing Construction Services to complete new construction services for housing as well as to participate in the evolution of plans and specifications with the A/E during the design development work for the project. The work is to be conducted at 0 North Royal Street, Jackson for BlueCreek Apartments and 125 Preston Street and 258 Elm Street for The Cottages of BlueCreek.
