Renovation of an educational facility in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. WAGE SCALE: Wage Scale does not apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts. It is anticipated that construction will begin no later than February 2025. Completion is expected to be wihin 283 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, by November 2025. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. Question Deadline 05/20/2024 Questions for this Project shall be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect. Prospective Bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Construction Manager and the Architect, not less than ten (10) days before the date of the bid, a written request for interpretation and clarification.
