Renovation of an educational facility in Summertown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Summertown High School Re-Roof 411 West College Street Summertown, TN 38483 5% Bidders Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required. No bidder will be permitted to withdraw his bid within 30 days after the date of opening of bids. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, to evaluate bids and to accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the owner. A. All work to construct Summertown High School Re-roof1 in Lawrence County, Tennessee, as specified herein and shown on the accompanying drawings. The Work shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy, except for the items specifically excluded in Work Not In Contract. B. Incidental work Included (but not limited to) 1. All incidental Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, flashing, metal work, etc. as required for installation of a new roofing system Bidders questions are due by 5:00 P.M. Central Time, on April 2, 2024. Questions received thereafter will not be addressed.
