Renovation of an educational facility in Summertown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are being accepted for the construction project titled 'Exterior Stair Repair' at Summertown High School, located at 411 West College Street, Summertown, TN. Bidders must submit their bids by 1:00 P.M. local time on March 19, 2026, at Lawrence County Schools Central Office, 1620 Springer Street, Lawrenceburg, TN. No bid will be received after this time. Bidders are required to provide a 5% Bidders Bond, as well as Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended. Contract documents are available via KBJM Architects (electronic PDFs), Lester Digital Reprographics, Builders Exchange (Knoxville and Nashville), Construction, and Construct Connect. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. local time, on March 3, 2026, at Summertown High School.
