Site work for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a museum; and playground / park / athletic field.
This contract provides for repair work to the Salmon Run Bell Tower and the pumphouse for the park fountains at Esther Short Park and other work Question Deadline 05/28/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email to anna.vogel@cityofvancouver.us. The scope of work for the Bell Tower includes removal and replacement of the existing brick and stone walls from the base to approximately 16 feet above the grade. Partial replacement of the damaged steel structure and new electrical work replacing the existing in kind and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. The scope for the pumphouse repairsincludesreroofing the existing building, anchoring the roofstructure to the walls, replacement of the mechanical ventilation, reframing of the ceiling joists, and new electrical work replacing the existing in kind and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
