Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator, is requesting statements of qualifications from firms to perform "Project Management Services" on an as-needed basis under a house doctor contract to assist with anticipated construction projects through various Yarmouth locations. Depending on the scope of work, projects will be performed under M.G.L. c.149, 44A-44J, or M.G.L. c.30, 39M. The proposer's project approach should utilize the scope of work further detailed in the Request for Qualifications as a starting point to propose a work plan that maximizes the Town's benefits and minimizes its risk while achieving the most cost-effective and best outcome. Anticipated services include but are not limited to preparation of the scope of work, technical analysis and reports, cost estimation, construction oversight services, and related capital asset project tasks. The Town may expand or further limit the types of services that may be covered in the future. The contract between the Town and the OPM is On Call based, and fees will be negotiated for each project assigned to the OPM. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Section 7C, 44-58, and all contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFQ or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive informalities, and award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
