The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. SNHD requests proposals from experienced and qualified, pursuant to NRS 338.1379, Nevada-licensed general contractors to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of a new Biosafety Level 3 laboratory in Las Vegas, Nevada.
