Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arnprior, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Fairview Park: Construction of a new splash pad, play structures, seating, 2.4m wide paved pathways from the Nick Smith Centre, Fairview Crescent and Mac Beattie Drive to new play structures and splash pad and related grading and drainage work. Marshall's Bay Park: 2.5m paved pathway from Morgan Clouthier Way to Douglas Brown Way, 1.5m stonedust pathway, seating and related grading. The Project Commencement Date is anticipated to be July 8, 2024. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Performance of the Work by October 31, 2024.
