Site work for a water / sewer project in Fredericksburg, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The objective and goal for this project is the installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning of back-up generators at the municipal sites listed above. The generators and associated automatic transfer switches have been procured by the City of Fredericksburg and are in storage at city facilities. The City of Fredericksburg will coordinate with the contractor for access to, and delivery of generators, switches, and other items as required. Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bidders maximum bid price. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds. The City of Fredericksburg reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in any BID, the OWNER reserves the right to determine which BIDS are the lowest and/or best, and to award the contract on this basis.
