Renovation of a municipal facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project contemplated consists of the installation of a new wall in Offices 210 and 251 to divide the existing space into four offices at the MMSD Headquarters building located at 260 W. Seeboth Street, Milwaukee Wisconsin, 53204. Specific project details are more fully provided for in the attached Scope of Services. SCOPE OF WORK The project contemplated consists of installation a new gypsum wallboard in Offices 210 and 251 to divide the existing spaces into four offices at the MMSD Headquarters building located at 260 W. Seeboth Street, Milwaukee Wisconsin 53204. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Cutting 2 door openings and installing new doors and frames: 2. Installation of electrical receptacles on new walls as necessary per current building codes; and 3. Adjust wiring to existing luminaries and provide 2 light switches All questions related to this proposed Contract, pre-bid presentation, site tour (if offered), or interested bidders list must be directed in writing Nathan Churchill at nchurchill@mmsd.com no later than three days before the Bid opening date. Questions received after this deadline or directed to other contacts at the District will not be recognized.
