Bids shall include the furnishing and installation of all labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools, supplies, etc., for the Fire House Improvements Project. \ Approximate quantities of work to be expected are as follows: 2 EA - Electrical Panel Replacement \ 30 EA - Light Switch Replacement \ 55 EA - 4-foot Ceiling Light Replacement \ 21 EA - Round Ceiling Light Replacement \ 26 EA - 2-foot x 4-foot Ceiling Grid Light Replacement \ 1 EA - 2-foot x 2-foot Ceiling Grid Light Replacement \ Together with appurtenant construction in all contracts. A Certified check or bid bond payable without condition to the Village of West Milwaukee in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid. If such bidder fails to execute and file such contract and bond, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
